Weekly rentals only
Minimum rental is one full week (7 nights), Sunday to Sunday. Shorter stays are not available.
Max 6 guests
Licensed for a maximum of 6 persons. Exceeding this is grounds for immediate termination of the lease.
No pets
Pets are strictly not permitted. Violation results in immediate termination and full forfeiture of the security deposit.
Security deposit
€2,500 refundable deposit required. Returned within one month of departure, subject to good condition.
Departure
Leave the property clean. Empty the fridge, remove all rubbish, do all dishes, and return furniture to its original position.
